595 Series Precision Vise
Features: Vise bed is Flame hardened Jaw Plates and Screws are made from Hardened & Ground Tool Steel Ductile Iron body to resist deflection & bending Precision ground Surfaces: Tops & bottoms of vise bed, swivel base, and the top of jaw plates Roller Bearing Thrust Collar to reduce friction & increase holding power. Half Moon Nut design eliminates jaw tilt. Each lb of lead screw thrust produces 0.5 lb of vertical force - jaws are pushed downward & seated in vise bed.
