EDI Tooling Systems manufactures
a line of high quality precision tool holder bushings for NC
and CNC turning centers. The bushings are manufactured from through
hardened alloy steel, precision machined, and have a deep black
oxide coating for a long and accurate life.
They are available in Style
J, Style B, and Style MT (Morse taper) as illustrated and are
designed to fit your turret exactly.
Style J bushings have radial
through holes allowing direct clamping on the tool being used
and a single retaining screw in the flange which holds the tool
securely and slows for presetting where desired.
Style B bushings utilize
larger retaining screws than those in other brands which allow
significantly higher clamping forces to be exerted on the tool
being held.
