SINE PLATES FOR ANGULAR MACHINING WITH POSITIVE, REPETITIVE ACCURACY The materials for HEAVY-DUTY sine plates are carefully selected to withstand the thrust and chatter of machining cuts, during a long life of accurate service.
Heavy-Duty sine plates incorporate all of the features of this standard Master- Sine plates above except the top and bottom plates are made from heavy sectioned iron castings for extra strength. Top plates of both models are T-Slotted for convenient clamping of work pieces. The B-12 has 3/8" slots and the B-24 has 5/8" slots. T-Slots are held parallel with the sides of the top plate w/i .0005". Model B-24 is supplied with a built-in ball screw elevating mechanism for safe and easy opening and closing. Hand flaked top surface. Extra heavy locking straps are included for both models.
