CNC Collet Chuck
Royal Products offers a full line of CNC collet chucks suited to handle a wide range of workholding applications. Our collet chucks are interchangeable with standard three-jaw chucks and are powered by our CNC lathes' hydraulic actuators.
Available in five different styles with the following features:
Pull-back 5C, 16C, and 3J styles
Accu-Length (no linear part movement) 5C and 16C styles.
Royal Smart Chucks - the most advanced collet chucks available.
Short-style Smart Chucks for bar feed applications.
Extra-Capacity collet chucks.
A2-5, A2-6, A2-8, and many metric spindle mounts available.
Many chuck utilize our multibore collets with a 1/8" gripping range to account for variations in part diameter.
B-42 and B-60 collets available.
