Quad & Dual Vertical Combination Chucks
The Royal Quad & Dual Vertical Combination Chucks provide unique solutions for holding up to sixteen parts (QVC) or eight parts (DVC) for precision machining operations on you horizontal machining centers. With the base customized to your machine, the QVC/DVC chucks permit virtually continuous spindle use, drastically decrease tool changes and practically eliminate downtime for parts changing. For flexibility, the master jaws on the QVC and DVC can be set in either the self-centering or compensating mode. Swivel or compensating jaws, and a broad range of standard quick-change jaw components are available.
Unlike expensive custom fixtures designed for single jobs which can become obsolete, QVC and DVC chucks can be used for literally hundreds of different applications. Uses of the Royal QVC and DVC chucks are limited only by your imagination.
