The central element is the bushing. A
conventional bushing is made of spring steel and must
„deform“ to clamp the work-piece. The Hainbuch segment bushing is made out of
extremely scratch resistant hardened chrome-nickel steel. All clamping surfaces
are ground in one complete setup, so that maximum concentricity is
guaranteed. After the clamping segments have been separated, they are joined again
in a special vulcanizing procedure. This guarantees the highest elasticity. A
large clamping range and opening stroke for easy loading of the work-pieces. In
addition, users appreciate the tremendous dampening and sealing effects to avoid
vibrations and contamination. The Hainbuch system is extremely effective with short grip lengths.
