Single-Station Rotary Concentric Ring Pattern Vacuum Chuck


 

 
VUL-12CR-11P is a special 12" diameter Vacuum Chuck with 11 ports that is mounted on a 3-Jaw chuck in a NC Lathe application.   Special VUL-6CR and Assembly was part of a complete vacuum workholding package which also included a SHDP-7 Vacuum System and a VSS-8-ML Multiple Line Vacuum Safety System on a CNC Lathe.

All vacuum chucks come standard without an adapter plate, locating pins or supporting pins. The customer will be responsible for installation and “grinding-in” of the vacuum chuck surface.
Most products are custom-made and take from one (1) week to four (4) weeks.
