This customer gained a new appreciation for vacuum workholding when we increased his production seven-fold.  Shown above is a Vac-U-Lok VUL-818SS Single-Station Vacuum Chuck (8" wide by 18" long on 1/2" centers) with a custom-made adapter plate on a Fadal Machining Center.

To improve productivity in the metal and plastics industries, Vac-U-Lok has designed workholding solutions for use with rotary tables/indexers.  Our cubed trunion and flat trunion products allow you to machine five-sides of your workpiece.  Of course, we provide the complete package, including the vacuum chuck (cubed or flat), adapter plate, base plate, end support, rotary union assembly with dump valve(s), vacuum system, vacuum safety system, automatic coolant return system, and even the rotary table if desired (or customer can provide their own rotary table).  Please call us with your special application.
