TRT- Series

TRT 160 & TRT 210- Eliminate second and third operations and setups by using the Haas TRT 210 or TRT 160 two-axis tilting rotary table.  Machine up to five sides of a part, and easily program the control to reach virtually any compound angle.  When used on a Haas VMC with the 5-axis option, complex geometries - such as impellers - are easily accomplished.  The TRT 160 and 210 are sturdy, high-precision tilting units that easily interface with a Haas VMC; or add the Haas servo control* and they'll run on any other VMC.

Maximum fixture and part weights are 300 lb for the TRT 210 and 150 lb for the TRT 160.  With a 200 lb load on the TRT 210, there is less than .0002'' deflection.   By utilizing massive castings, and bearings at both front and rear sections, Haas is able to vuild an extremely rugged and durable tilting table.  Includes dual-axis servo control & CNC interface cable for semi-4th & 5th-axis operation.   Available with A1- 5 or A1- 6 platter.
