WHAT HAPPENS IF I DAMAGE OR BREAK MY EZ-TRAM? No problem, EZ-TRAM, MINI-TRAM & MICRO-TRAM come with a lifetime warranty. If you damage or break the tool, return it and we will repair it. If the tool is broken or beyond repair, we will send you a new tool, all you pay is freight.

HOW MUCH DOES THE EZ-TRAM COST? The EZ-TRAM retails for $229.00 + shipping and handling. The MINI-TRAM retails for $179.00 + shipping and handling. The MICRO-TRAM retails for $129.00 + shipping and handling.

HOW DOES YOUR 30 DAY GUARANTEE WORK? If you would like to enjoy the benefits the EZ-TRAM, MINI-TRAM or MICRO-TRAM have to offer, simply order your tool, try it out for 30 days and if you are not completely satisfied, contact us for a return authorization and ship the tool back to us. Once we receive the returned product, we will issue you a refund check for the full purchase price.

DOES THE EZ-TRAM FIT OVER A SWIVEL BASE? Yes - The EZ-TRAM is 15.75" in diameter and fits over a standard 6" machine vise mounted on a swivel base. The EZ-TRAM will also fit over a standard 8" wide machine vise without a swivel base. EZ-TRAM is built for machines that have at least an 8" wide table. If you have a smaller machine, then MINI-TRAM or MICRO-TRAM are for you.

CAN I USE THE EZ-TRAM TO SET-UP A VMC? Yes - Whether you are installing a vertical machining center or if you just need to check and/or align the spindle of your VMC, the EZ-TRAM works great on these machine tools also!

DOES THE EZ-TRAM COME WITH A STORAGE CONTAINER? Yes - EZ-TRAM, MINI-TRAM & MICRO-TRAM are shipped in a convenient custom built cardboard storage container.

HOW IS EZ-TRAM SHIPPED? We ship UPS standard ground freight which takes approximately 3 - 7 days. Shipping and handling cost on the EZ-TRAM is $20.00 . Shipping container size is 18" x 18" x 10". Weight is 33 lbs. Shipping and handling cost on the MINI-TRAM is $15.00. Shipping container size is 15.5" x 15.5" x 9". Weight is 20 lbs. Shipping and handling cost on the MICRO-TRAM is $10.00. Shipping container size is 12" x 12" x 7.5". Weight is 14 lbs. All prices are F.O.B.- Denver and shipped within the Continental United States.

HOW ACCURATE IS THE EZ-TRAM? The gaging surface is precision lapped flat to within .000070" and the legs are lapped parallel to the gaging surface to within .00030".
