ATS Systems? Accu-Smart™
AC servo control communicating with your
machine?s CNC control via M-code is portable
from machine to machine, easy to retrofit to
existing machines, provides the most accurate
angular positioning and rotary cutting, but not
simultaneous movement with other axes.

ATS Systems? Accu-Smart™
and optional Direct-Connect™ software for online
communication via RS232 with most CNC controls
allows all rotary moves to be programmed in the
standard 3-axis CNC and communicated to the Accu-Smart™
as the machining program requires, providing
near 4th axis capability. There is no second
control programming required. Just as it is with
M-code, the system is portable from machine to
machine, easy to retrofit to existing machines,
provides the most accurate angular positioniong
and rotary cutting, but not simultaneous
movement with other axes.

When purchased
with a new machine, the machine builder can
drive the rotary table motion with a four-axis
CNC control.
